Delivery and setup

We handle the setup and pack down. Our team arrives before the party, rolls out the castle, connects the blower, secures it with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, places the safety mats, and does a final check. At the end of the hire, we return, deflate the castle, pack it up, and take it away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.

You provide the space (at least 8m x 8m, flat), a standard 240V power outlet within 25m, and a clear access path. Move any garden furniture, overhanging branches, or hard debris before we arrive.

We deliver to more than 340 suburbs across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout.
