Delivery and setup

Our team arrives before your party starts. We roll out the castle, secure it with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, connect the blower, place the safety mats at the entry and exit, and do a final check before handing over to you. At the end of the hire, we come back, deflate the castle, pack it up, and take it away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.

You provide the space (at least 8m x 8m, flat and clear), a standard 240V power outlet within 15m, and an access path wide enough for the rolled castle. Keep the area clear of overhanging branches, hard debris, and anything that could damage the inflatable.

We deliver across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley to more than 340 suburbs, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, Bateau Bay, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout.

Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. An adult must supervise at all times while the castle is in use. Shoes and glasses off before entering.
