Delivery and setup

We handle the setup and pack down. Book online, tell us your date and suburb, and our team arrives before the party. We set up the castle, secure it with stakes or sandbags, connect the blower, place the safety mats, and do a final safety check. At the end of the hire, we come back to deflate, pack up, and collect. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.

You need a flat 5.5m x 5.5m area, a 240V power outlet within 15m, and a clear access path. Remove overhanging branches, rocks, and hard items from the area beforehand. Setup takes 15 to 20 minutes.

We deliver across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley to more than 340 suburbs, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout. Fees start at $60 for nearby Central Coast suburbs.

We check every castle before each hire. Our team secures the castle with stakes or sandbags, lays the safety mats at the entry and exit, and does a safety walkthrough with you. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. An adult must watch children at all times while the castle is in use. Shoes and glasses come off before entering. No food or drinks inside. In strong winds or storms, we will contact you to reschedule if the castle cannot be used safely.
