You need a flat, clear area of 5m x 5m minimum, plus access to a standard power outlet within 15 metres of where the castle will sit. If you are unsure whether your yard works, give us a call before you book. The 12ft JR Jumping Castle is also available if you have a tighter space.

Delivery and setup

We handle every step from arrival to pack down. Our team shows up before the party starts, rolls out the castle, secures it with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, connects the blower, and places the safety mats at the entry and exit. We do a quick safety check before we leave. At the end of the hire window we come back, deflate the castle, pack it up, and take everything away. See how hiring works for the full process.

You provide a flat 5m x 5m area, a standard power outlet within 15 metres, and clear access for our team. Remove any branches, rocks, and hard objects before we arrive. Setup takes 15 to 20 minutes.

We deliver to more than 340 suburbs across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout.

Safety and insurance

We check every castle before each hire. Our team inspects the setup area, secures the castle with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, and places the safety mats at the entry and exit before leaving. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while the castle is in use. Shoes and glasses come off before entering, and no pointed objects are allowed inside. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. In strong winds or storms, we will contact you and reschedule if conditions mean the castle cannot be used safely.
