Delivery and setup

We handle the setup and pack down. Our team arrives, rolls out the castle, secures it with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, connects the blower, and places safety mats at the entry and exit. At the end of your hire we come back, deflate, and take it away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.

You provide the space (at least 7m x 7m, flat), a standard 240V power outlet within 15m, and a clear access path to the setup area. Remove overhanging branches, rocks, and any hard items near the castle before we arrive.

We deliver across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley to more than 340 suburbs, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout. Fees start at $60 for nearby Central Coast suburbs.

Safety and insurance

We check every castle before each hire. The setup team secures the castle with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, places safety mats at the entry and exit, and walks through the setup with you before leaving. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while the castle is in use. Remove shoes, glasses, and any pointed objects before entering. If conditions are not safe for the castle to operate, we will contact you and reschedule.
