About the Frozen Jumping Castle

The 5m x 5m castle fits most suburban backyards on the Central Coast. You will need a flat area of at least 7m x 7m to give the castle 1m of clearance on each side. Delivery and setup

We handle the setup and pack down. You tell us the date, the address, and your suburb, and our team arrives before the party starts. We roll out the castle, secure it with stakes or sandbags, connect the blower, place the safety mats at the entry and exit, and do a final safety check. At the end of the hire window, we come back, deflate the castle, pack it up, and take it away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.

You provide the space (at least 7m x 7m, flat), a standard 240V power outlet within 15m, and an access path wide enough for the castle. Clear the area of overhanging branches, rocks, and anything hard that could damage the inflatable. Setup takes 15 to 20 minutes.

We deliver across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley to more than 340 suburbs, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout. Fees start at $60 for nearby Central Coast suburbs.

We check every castle before each hire. Our team inspects the setup area, secures the castle with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, lays the safety mats at the entry and exit, and walks through the safety points with you. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. Kids should be supervised by an adult at all times. Shoes and glasses come off before entering. In strong winds or storms, we will contact you and reschedule if the castle cannot be used safely.
