Specifications

Delivery and setup

We take care of every part of setup and pack down. Our team arrives before your party starts, inflates the castle, stakes it to the ground on grass or uses sandbags on hard surfaces, places the safety mats, and does a full safety check. At the end of your hire, we return, deflate, and pack everything away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price. You provide a flat 9m x 9m space and a 240V power outlet within 15m of the setup area.

We deliver to more than 340 suburbs across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Safety and insurance

We check every castle before each hire. Our team secures the castle with stakes or sandbags, places safety mats at the entry and exit, and walks you through the safety points on arrival. Remove any pointed objects and hard items from the setup area before we arrive. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Shoes and glasses off before entering. In strong winds or heavy rain, we will contact you to reschedule.
