About the Tiki Island Obstacle Course
The Tiki Island Obstacle Course is the largest obstacle course in the Jump About range. At 11 metres long and 8.3 metres wide, there is room for teams to race through climbing walls, tunnel sections, and a slide exit in one go. The tropical tiki theme makes it a natural centrepiece at parks, school grounds, and large backyards.
It suits birthday parties for older kids, school fetes, community events, and corporate team-building days. The size means it works comfortably for kids from 6 years through to teenagers and adults. The tropical theme is popular at spring and summer events, with peak demand from September through March and during school holiday periods.

At 11 metres long and 8.3 metres wide, the Tiki Island Obstacle Course needs more space than a standard jumping castle. You will need a flat area of at least 13 metres by 10.3 metres to allow 1 metre of clearance on each side. Most suburban backyards are too small for this course. It works best at parks, school grounds, oval-side setups, and properties with large flat areas. If you are not sure whether your venue has enough room, give us a call and we will help you check.

Delivery and setup
Our team delivers and sets up the Tiki Island Obstacle Course. We arrive before the event, roll out the course, secure it with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, connect the blowers, and place safety mats at the entry and exit. We do a final safety check before the first person enters. At the end of the hire, we come back, deflate the course, pack it up, and take it away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.
You provide the space (at least 13m x 10.3m, flat), 2 standard 240V power outlets within 15m of the setup area, and clear access for our delivery vehicle. Remove any overhanging branches and hard debris from the setup area before we arrive. Setup takes 20 to 30 minutes for a course this size.
We deliver across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley to more than 340 suburbs, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout. Fees start at $60 for nearby Central Coast suburbs.

Why choose the Tiki Island Obstacle Course
Obstacle courses draw a different crowd from jumping castles. Instead of open bouncing, participants work through a physical sequence: climb over, crawl through, slide down. The Tiki Island is built for that experience at full scale. It is the longest course in the Jump About obstacle range, which means more challenge elements, longer run times per person, and bigger reactions from the crowd watching at the sidelines.
Jump About has 6 obstacle courses in total, from the Kids Gym Obstacle for younger children through to this course and the Adrenaline Rush Obstacle Challenge for larger events. If you are looking for a different theme, the Jurassic Adventure Obstacle is a popular pick for kids' parties and school events. Safety and insurance
Our team inspects every setup before your event starts. We check the surface, secure all anchor points, test the inflation, and walk through the safety points with you before the first person enters the course. Remove shoes, glasses, and any pointed objects before entering. One adult should supervise the course at all times while it is in use. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. In strong winds or heavy rain, we will contact you and arrange an alternative date if the conditions make the course unsafe to operate.
