We handle setup and pack down. You tell us the date, the address, and your suburb, and our team arrives before the party starts. We inflate the castle, secure it with stakes or sandbags, place the safety mats at the entry and exit points, and do a final safety check before we hand over to you. At the end of the hire window, we return to pack down and collect the castle. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.
You provide a flat area of at least 7m x 7m, a 240V power outlet within 15m of the setup spot, and clear access to your backyard. Remove any hard items, overhanging branches, and anything that could damage the inflatable before we arrive. Setup takes around 20 minutes.
