The 11m x 7m footprint is substantially larger than a standard jumping castle. You need a flat area of at least 13m x 9m to allow 1m of clearance on each side. Measure your space before booking. Delivery and setup

Our team handles setup and packup on every hire. We arrive before your event starts, secure the slide with stakes or sandbags, connect the blower, and place the safety mats at the entry and exit. At the end of the hire window, we return and take everything away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.

You provide the space (at least 13m x 9m, flat), a 240V power outlet within 15m, and a clear access path from the road to the setup area. Remove any overhanging branches or hard debris from the setup zone before we arrive.

We deliver across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley to more than 340 suburbs, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, Wyong, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout. Fees start at $60 for nearby Central Coast suburbs.

Safety and insurance

We inspect every inflatable before each hire. Our team checks the slide at setup, secures it with stakes or sandbags, places the safety mats at the entry and exit, and goes through the safety points with you on arrival. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Shoes, glasses, and jewellery come off before sliding. In strong winds or severe weather, we will contact you to reschedule if the slide cannot be used safely.
