We handle the setup and pack down. You pick the date and address, and our team arrives before the event starts. We secure the ring with stakes or sandbags, connect the blower, place the safety mats, and run a final safety check. At the end of the hire, we come back, deflate the ring, pack it up, and take it away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.
You need a flat area (at least 7m x 7m), a standard 240V power outlet within 15m, and a clear access path. Setup takes 15 to 20 minutes. The ring works on grass, concrete, and in indoor venues with adequate ceiling clearance.
