HIGH WINDS: In the event of the inflatables needing to be deflated or stopped due to high winds (with respect to Australian Standard A3533.2 and inflatable specific specifications) for any period of time, full payment will still be required.

MAINTENANCE CHANGES: Every effort will be made to have the equipment you have booked in be available for the day of your event. In the unlikely circumstance of the equipment being deemed in-operable due to damage, maintenance requirements or other unforseeable circumstances, Jumpabout Castles reserves the right to provide an alternate piece of equipment to the equipment booked in order to successfully fulfill your booking.

DELIVERY AND SET-UP: Jumpabout Castles deliver, set up and remove equipment in our time. Set up time approximately 10 - 60 minutes per hire. Our staff will arrive in ample time, prior to your event. Our fee is based on us removing the equipment immediately after your booking has been completed.

OUTDOOR SITES: Our prices are based on using metal pegs to secure all inflatables and some mechanical rides, onto grassed surfaces. If setup on grass is not available, or we cannot peg into the grassed surface, concrete weights may be required. We can also attach to fixed points (i.e. car towbar, posts, fences etc....) if required. There is an additional charge if we need to transport concrete weights to your site.

SITE INSPECTION: Site inspections can be arranged by calling Jumpabout Castles on 0413 384 764, There may be a small charge involved. Please call us for details.

VENUE ACCESS: Our pricing is based on delivering equipment to venues that have flat level and adequate site access. If the venue has stairs or has difficult access, extra setup time will encroach on your hire time.

POWER: Please check the power requirements on this website for each hire. The client is responsible for providing power. Generators are available if power is not on site at an extra charge - prior notice is required.
