We handle the setup and pack down. Our team arrives before the party starts, inflates and secures the castle with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, lays the safety mats at entry and exit, and does a final safety check. At the end of your hire, we come back and pack everything away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.
You provide a flat space of at least 10m x 10m, a standard 240V power point within 15m, and a clear access path for our team. Remove any branches, rocks, and hard items from the setup area before we arrive.
