Our team handles the full setup and pack down. We arrive before your party starts, secure the castle with stakes or sandbags, connect the blower, and lay the safety mats at the entry and exit. At the end of your hire window, we return, deflate the castle, and load it out. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.
You provide a flat area of at least 8m x 7m, a 240V power outlet within 15m of the setup spot, and clear access to the area. Clear hard debris and overhanging branches before we arrive. Setup takes 15 to 20 minutes.
