Delivery and setup

We handle the setup and pack down. Tell us your date, your address, and the banner theme. Our team arrives before the party, inflates the castle, anchors it with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, and places the safety mats at the entry, exit, and base of the slide. At the end of the hire window, we return to deflate and collect. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.

You provide the space (9m x 7m, flat), a standard 240V power outlet within 15m of the setup spot, and a clear access path. Clear the area of rocks, hard items, and overhanging branches before we arrive. Setup takes 15 to 20 minutes.

We check every castle before each hire. On arrival, our team checks the setup area, anchors the castle, and places the safety mats at the entry, exit, and base of the slide. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. Shoes and glasses off before entering. In strong winds or heavy rain, we will contact you to reschedule if conditions are not safe.
