Delivery and setup

We handle the whole setup. Tell us the date and address, and our team arrives before the party starts. We carry in the slide and secure it to the ground with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces. We connect the blower, run the hose to the top, and place the safety mats. At the end of the hire, we come back and pack everything away. Setup and pack down are in the hire price.

You need a flat area of at least 11m x 6m, a 240V power outlet within 15m, and a garden hose for the water flow. Clear the area of overhanging branches and hard objects before we arrive.

We deliver across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter Valley to more than 340 suburbs, including Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Tuggerah, The Entrance, Charlestown, Maitland, and Cessnock. Delivery is a separate fee selected by suburb at checkout. Fees start at $60 for nearby Central Coast suburbs.

Safety and insurance

Our team inspects the setup area on arrival and checks the slide before the first ride. We secure it with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces, place the safety mats at the entry and exit, and go through the safety rules with you before we leave. An adult should supervise the slide at all times. One rider at a time, feet first, no shoes. Jump About carries public liability insurance for every hire. In strong winds or heavy rain, we will contact you to reschedule if conditions are not safe for the slide.
