## Booking
Customers book online by selecting a product, picking a hire duration (4 hours / full day / 24 hours), and entering their suburb at checkout to see the delivery fee. Payment is taken in full at booking. Same-day bookings can be confirmed by phone (0422 594 335) when our schedule allows it.
## Cancellations
Cancellations more than 28 days out get a full credit (12 months). 14-27 days = 75% credit. 7-13 days = 50% credit. Inside 6 days = no credit. We may cancel for unsafe weather on the morning of the hire, in which case the customer gets 50% credit (or full credit with the optional Castle Guarantee).
